I made my usual trip to the Market yesterday to buy a Sunday copy of the Star. My scooter is back on the road and the streets are getting quickly cleaned up, but I haven’t been on my bike much lately and am feeling the lethargy. Just for giggles, I strapped on the lavalier mic and gave a talk while I biked on how city planning is accomplished. Thirty years from now if we somehow have access to YouTube videos still it will be interesting to look back on this long ride through downtown and over to Gatineau to ride back over the Commanda bridge. There’s lots of big and small housing, road and civic projects along the way that make a nice backdrop to my ramblings.
