I finished my Pedal Poll shift today and was worried about getting to Laroche Park in time for a commitment at 2:30, especially given the on-again, off-again rain on my scooter. I can’t ride with as much speed in wetter conditions, and try not to ride at all in the rain.

Fortunately, as I got to UOttawa station I could hear the station announcement that the train was coming. I was just able to get through the gates and onto the train to cut out the middle of the ride.
